Attractions
In addition to the main ring events, our 2023 show was jam-packed with additional attractions suitable for all ages, including over 20 trade stands and stalls, a stationary display of vintage vehicles, tractors, and steam engines, and inflatable fun and amusements for children.

Feeling peckish?
Why not pop inside the pavilion where you can find a selection of freshly made sandwiches, sausage rolls, and an abundance of delicious cakes and tea. Non-reserved seating is provided inside and out.
For something hot, our barbecue area will be serving both breakfast and lunch, with meat being supplied by Gorefield's village butcher, N.V. Gagen.
If it is a treat, you are after, cold ice creams and candy will be available to buy, and to quench your thirst the pavilion's licensed bar will be ready to serve you with a drink of your choice, with options ranging from draught and bottled beer to cider, spirits, and wine. Soft and fizzy drinks are also available.

Heavy and Light Horses
The heavy and light horses are at the heart of our show, and you can watch them in action in both the main ring and the light horse rings (towards the rear of the field). The Grand Parade is certainly not to be missed and new for 2023 - Concours d'Elegance and miniature classes!

Fresh from performing at Crufts and as seen on BBC Countryfile Live, we’re proud to welcome the East Anglian Staffordshire Bull Terrier Display Team to the show!
These wonderful dogs and their handlers will be showcasing just how terrific the breed can be and highlighting just what they are capable of, with a display in our main ring, and on a stand throughout the show.

Fens Falconry
Back by popular demand, Fens Falconry offer you the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of nature’s best designed predators.
A variety of both native and exotic birds will be on a static stand through the show, enabling you to learn more about the conservation and ecological work taking place, and weather permitting, you can watch them take to the skies in a flying demonstration in the main ring.
Back by popular demand, Fens Falconry offer you the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of nature’s best designed predators.

NEW for 2023, we are delighted to be welcoming some new furry faces to the show, the rare breed North Ronaldsay!
Owned by Kevin and Judith Rule, you will have the opportunity to learn more about their breeding, heritage (dating back to the Bronze Age), the type and colours of wool they produce, and how the breed is being kept alive today.

Roll up, roll up! NEW for 2023, Gorefield based Gorilla Circus Productions will be delivering not one, but two, exciting performances with a handful of their high skill-level acrobats and clowns at this year’s show.

Wisbech Town Hockey Club
Joining us for their second year, Wisbech Town HC can trace its roots back to the 1930’s, with men’s and ladies’ sides representing the club at tournaments in the UK, and on overseas tours, for almost 100-years.
Today, Wisbech Town HC boasts four senior men’s teams, four ladies’ teams, as well as mixed and veteran sides, and on top of this, the club continues to run a successful junior hockey section, catering for young players aged 5 and up.
At the show you can meet some of the club’s members, learn more about the fast-paced game, and even try some hockey drills yourself!
